At Intercounty, we are a market leading independent estate agency, and we are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our brilliant team in Old Harlow. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided. You must be energetic, outgoing, organised, extremely diligent, competitive & driven.
The role will include registering new applicants, introducing them to properties we have for let, conducting viewings, providing feedback & excellent customer care, negotiating offers and generating new business.

You must have a full driving licence and your own vehicle.
OTE between 23,000 - 28,000.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:30am - 6:00pm
Every Other Saturday - 09:00am - 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 23,000.00-28,000.00 per year
