Senior Lettings Negotiator
to join ourhigh-performing team
. If you're passionate aboutproperty, customer service, and hitting targets

experienced and motivated negotiators
who can provide an outstanding customer experience across phone, web, and in-person interactions. You'll needat least two years' experience
in the industry, ideally working with a professional agency inZones 1-3
.What We Offer:

40,000 - 45,000+

Your Role:
Mentor and support
junior negotiators, helping them develop their skillsHit and exceed
monthly sales targetsManage inbound enquiries
via phone, email, and in personConduct property viewings
, showcasing properties to potential tenantsMaintain strong relationships
with landlords and tenantsCoordinate with marketing
to order professional photos, floorplans, and EPCsGenerate new business
by canvassing local propertiesAssist the lettings manager
in expanding market shareWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience
in estate agency (minimum3 years
)Excellent communication skills

A team player
with a positive, can-do attitudeWorking Hours:
Monday - Thursday:
9:00 AM - 6:30 PMFriday:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PMSaturday:
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1 weekday off in lieu
