Our client is looking for a highly-motivated Junior Lettings Consultant to join their award-winning brand. The company, with offices in Crawley, offers a bespoke service to its clients and offers its employees comprehensive training and the prospect of a great future in the industry.

The company will also consider an individual who has some initial experience but who is looking for a company that can offer them further development.

The ideal candidates will have previous experience or a background in retail sales, have excellent customer service skills, may previously have had telephone sales experience and thrive in a result driven environment; you will be ambitious, self-motivated and work well in a team.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings / Junior Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• At 12 months\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Sales/Customer facing roles
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner
• Well-presented and well-spoken
• Ambitious and Self-Motivated
• Well-spoken and articulate
• Local knowledge of the Crawley area preferred
• Full Driving License and car owner essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
