Lettings Negotiator

Salary - 25000 + Annual Performance Bonus

Our client is currently seeking a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating property lettings, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of their business.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct property viewings for potential tenants

- Negotiate rental agreements with clients

- Manage enquiries from prospective tenants

- Liaise with landlords to arrange property listings

- Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions

- Assist in marketing properties through various channels

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the r letting process

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in real estate or sales is desirable

- Administrative skills for managing documentation and client records
