The Role:
As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing lettings within the branch, ensuring the smooth operation of all lettings processes. You will work closely with clients, landlords, and tenants to provide a seamless and professional service whilst driving
business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire lettings process from property marketing to tenant move-in, ensuring efficiency and compliance with legal requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements while ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Monitor market trends to provide strategic advice on rental pricing and property management.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications within the lettings department.
Implement marketing strategies to attract new landlords and tenants, utilising various channels including social media and local advertising.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within all properties managed.
Stay up to date with market trends, regulations, and local knowledge.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a lettings or property management role is essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
A thorough understanding of relevant legislation affecting the lettings industry is preferred.
Ability to work independently with a focus on customer service.
