Castlebrae Sales and Letting Limited is an award-winning property company selling and renting quality properties in an around West Lothian. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our professional and friendly team based in Bathgate.
We are looking for someone with accounts/financial experience and strong attention to detail, reporting to our Finance Manager - the role will be to manage the accounts and rental payments for a busy letting's agency. This will be a challenging role, and will require organisation, time management and excellent communication and people skills.
Role will include: -
Allocating payments
Making payments to clients
Allocating and managing invoices
Paying 3rd party contractors
Chasing rent arrears
Communicating with landlords and tenants
Allocating deposits
Processing deposit returns
Filing and general admin
Supporting the team
Month end processes
Experience of Sage Line 50 and Xero is an advantage
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and show problem solving and initiative. Teamwork and clear communication is critical and general office admin work will be part of the role.
This is a full-time role, with the salary to reflect this.
Salary: 23580 - 24500
