Business Analyst

A leading financial institution with a strong global presence is currently seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst for a contract position. This opportunity is with their EMEA Change Management team, based in Canary Wharf(3 days per week on site) in London.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Lead working groups across various departments to assess the impact of changes on EMEA systems and operational procedures.
• Gather and document requirements, working closely with front office stakeholders to develop the target operating model.
• Create project artifacts, including Gap Analysis, Solution Options Analysis, Business Requirements Documentation (BRD\'s), and process flows.
• Collaborate with technology teams to validate test plans and scenarios.
• Develop process flows, procedures, and communication plans to support change rollout.
• Provide regional input into global initiatives to ensure regional impacts are considered.
• Assess the impact on operational procedures and systems for a seamless transition to business as usual.
• Identify and address remediation activities as part of the final solution.

Business Analyst Knowledge/Experience:

• Experience in Lending and Investment Management is advantageous.
• Prior experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking is preferred.
• Comfortable working in large multinational financial institutions and liaising with global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated stability in contracting roles.
• Strong Business Analysis skills in mid to large-scale implementations.
• Experience in large-scale multi-year programs.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).

Compensation: \xc2\xa3560 - \xc2\xa3610 per day Inside IR35
