A day in the life

As Leisure Club Supervisor you will work alongside and support the Club Manager in all aspects of the Business. Providing positive supervision and direction to the Club team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. Team work is everything! You are engaged and enthusiastic and understand the key performance indicators you and your team is measured against by working proactively to influence these. You are responsible under the direction of the Club Manager for assisting with all aspects of Guest Experience, Facility Management, Training, Health and Safety Compliance and Club Growth.

Based in the Mercure Hull Grange Park Hotel you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn\'t always mean working around the clock.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and be a natural communicator and leader. You must be flexible in working hours, being able to work shifts including evenings and weekends and ideally have experience in a similar role. A level 2 qualification in Gym Instruction is essential and extra earning potential is available to those who hold a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
