About the role...
You will be responsible for all operations within the Leisure Club as well as leading, training and developing the team. You will be aware of the Health Safety requirements and considerations within Leisure to ensure we follow the highest of standards. The role will also be responsible for driving membership enrollments and satistfaction of all our internal and external clients. You will also play a part in creating the annual budget for the department and work towards ensuring this is achieved with the team, as well as review the class schedule and ensure this continues to meet the needs of our clients.
About you...
The successful candidate will have previous experience leading a team, ideally within a leisure envionment, with an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills and excellent command of the English language.
You will also be of smart professional appearance, have extensive experience in customer care and will make guest satisfaction a priority. You will be punctual and flexible in order to meet the needs of the business and be effective in leading a team.
