Leisure Club Assistant
Job Description
We are recruiting for a Leisure Club Assistant, taking responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high standards of service within the Leisure Club and Spa.
With a key focus on membership retention activities and quality standards throughout the club, you will also contribute to driving membership sales, ensuring the team is inspired to achieve up-selling targets.
Supporting activities that continuously develop the skills and capabilities of the team, you will be committed to ensuring that every leisure club guest feels valued and engaged.
You will support with the care and replacement of equipment, ensuring high standards of Health and Safety in all activities undertaken.
Competencies of a Leisure Club Assistant:
You must be passionate about health and fitness and be willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and bank holidays. The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential. Previous experience at a similar level and in a similar environment is preferable. Cleaning experience.
When on shift your responsibilities will include:
Updating and maintaining our Membership Database Consistent checks of the Pool Chemical Levels Carrying out cleaning tasks & maintaining equipment in the Leisure Club
