We are now looking for a confident, client-focused Legal Services Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Southampton. This is a full-time employed role with a competitive base salary, commission opportunities, and a hybrid working model after probation.
The Role
As a Legal Services Onboarding Specialist, your role will be to convert issued quotes into confirmed legal instructions by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their legal needs, answering queries and guiding them through the onboarding journey. You'll play a key part in helping clients feel supported and confident in their decision-making process, while ensuring all records and systems are accurately maintained.
You will also be responsible for liaising with our advisers and wider team to optimise the onboarding experience and contribute to the growth of our legal services pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up proactively on legal services quotes to convert them into confirmed instructions
Manage and prioritise the JC Legal pipeline using our in-house CRM
Guide new clients through the onboarding process and resolve queries efficiently
Support advisers with legal case queries and updates
Collaborate with other departments to improve the client experience and sales strategy
Ensure clear and accurate communication, both written and verbal
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 1 year's experience in mortgage or conveyancing administration
Previous sales experience or the ability to demonstrate strong influencing and conversion skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
High attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills
Comfortable working to KPIs and managing multiple client relationships
A proactive, solution-focused approach
IT confident, with experience using CRM systems or similar tools
