Job Description

This is for a full time position 9-5, Monday to Friday with an hours lunch. Possibly for a part time position. Previous experience preferred but not mandatory. Some experience of also working on reception a bonus.

Should be self-motivated and hard working. Should be capable of working on own or with others as part of a team. Should be capable of working under pressure and to strict time limits. Should have good communication skills. Should have a smart appearance and a methodical approach. Should demonstrate good typing, word processing and computer skills and a familiarity with accounts. Should have a down to earth attitude, good client rapport and a sense of humour.

Job Includes:

Audio Typing for Fee Earners, we use Bighand and any knowledge of this is an added bonus but not necessary. Provide photocopying and filing services. Maintain archives and extract information as desired including updating computer archives. Make collections and deliveries as requested especially in regards to post. Accept delegation from and delegate to other members of staff where reasonable. Answer the telephone and record/transfer all calls to the appropriate member of staff. Ensure stationary stocks are available and maintained at reasonable levels. Complete legal forms as required, these will usually be dictated until used to the position if no previous experience. Filing and Photocopying as required by Fee Earners. Complete such other tasks which may be reasonably required.
Salary negotiable depending on experience and other factors.
