Legal Secretary - Private Client

Location:

Sherborne, Dorset

Working Hours:

9am-5.15pm | Monday-Friday

Salary:

From 24,750



Providing all-round secretarial and administrative support to the Private Client Team. Liaising with clients and addressing basic queries in a professional manner. Managing diaries and scheduling appointments. Producing documents using digital dictation. Maintaining filing and record systems to ensure efficient organisation.

Due to internal promotions, we are currently seeking a full-time Legal Secretary to join our busy and successful Private Client Team in our Sherborne office. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the team.



Ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong communication skills. Dedication to serving the best interests of clients. Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is preferred but not essential; however, strong administration experience is required. Excellent typing skills, including audio transcription. Proficiency in IT skills.
