  • Build lasting, positive relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Deliver unparalleled service and support, constantly seeking feedback to improve the client experience.
  • Ensure the efficient management of work flows and consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
Account Growth and Expansion:
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, deepening existing client relationships through value-added services.
  • Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to create tailored proposals that reflect client requirements.
  • Ensure all offerings are aligned with client feedback, adapting services to meet changing needs.
Data Management & Reporting:
  • Accurately track client interactions, maintaining detailed records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction, account performance, and areas for improvement.
What We're Looking For:
  • A degree in business, law, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships, preferably within a legal services firm.
  • Strong understanding of legal work flows, with experience in either private law practice or corporate legal departments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to manage projects effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
