Lesley Anderson Law was established in 2019 in Falkirk town centre. The practice provides expert legal advice and representation specifically in the areas of family law, child law, civil litigation, wills and power of attorney and debt recovery. The successful candidate will be an experienced receptionist and will undertake administrative duties in the following areas:
Providing a high level of service to clients both on the phone and in the practice
Arranging appointments and diary management
Dealing with new business enquiries
Utilise the Leap case management system
Provide administrative support in relation to civil litigation
Produce legal documents using Big Hand dictation
File management
Processing fees, invoices and taking payments
To be successful in this role the applicant will enjoy working in a busy environment and will have:
Excellent telephone skills
A welcoming and professional manner
Experience as a receptionist in a professional firm
Previous legal administrative experience particularly in dictation and producing legal documents
A methodical and well organised approach to work
Experience of using leap case management and Big Hand dictation would be advantageous but full training will be provided
