My client, a global market leading Law Firm, are seeking an experienced Graduate Recruitment Manager to join their company to cover a 14 month FTC.

Working closely with the wider Graduate Recruitment and Development team, leading the recruiting, attraction and selection function and focusing on strategy and stakeholder engagement.

The key duties will include:
  • Develop and implement an effective graduate resourcing strategy aligned with the Firm\'s objectives, including attraction methods, selection processes, and candidate assessment tools.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and execute innovative and targeted recruitment campaigns to attract high-calibre candidates. Oversee the end-to-end graduate selection process, including application screening, video interview screening, assessment centres, interviews, and offer management. Monitor and drive the candidate management process once an offer has been extended.
  • Manage and participate in the successful running of the vacation schemes, first-year insight schemes and open days. Track and analyse results of programmes to create meaningful data for a better understanding of future success factors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, faculties, careers services, and student societies to enhance the Firm\'s profile and attract top talent. Organise and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and campus presentations.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance the Firm\'s employer brand, ensuring that it is consistently reflected in all recruitment materials and communications. Leverage social media and other relevant platforms to showcase the Firm\'s culture and opportunities.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the graduate resourcing function, promoting a diverse talent pool and ensuring a fair and inclusive recruitment process.
The Graduate Recruitment Manager will need to have previous Graduate Recruitment experience within law or similar. They will also be personable, with the ability to forge strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and possess excellent written and oral skills. Team management and stakeholder engagement experience is also required.
