Paralegal
Location: Eton, Berkshire
Salary: xc2xa323,800 + Excellent Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to manage their own case load while developing your skills in litigation.
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about law and litigation. If you have completed or are currently studying your LPC or SQE and are eager to take on responsibility within a busy legal team, this role could be the perfect fit!Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own case load from start to finish.
• Handling a high volume of claims.
• Liaising with clients, external organisations, and legal professionals.
• Assisting with client instructions, telephone interviews, and appointments.
• Providing legal support and guidance to clients where appropriate.
• Reviewing and researching legal matters, including gathering medical notes.
• Drafting legal correspondence, letters, and case documentation.
• Preparing for infant settlement hearings and instructing counsel.
• Undertaking general legal administration and case management.

What We're Looking For:

• Law graduate (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• Completed or currently studying LPC or SQE.
• Demonstrable experience in a law firm OR a strong desire to work in law, backed by further qualifications.
• Knowledge of legal procedures and case handling.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases.
• Passion for litigation, law, and legal research.
