Job Description

My client who are the leading supplier of safety solutions for commercial vehicles are seeking an experienced and highly skilled commercial lawyer to join their legal team. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for advising on a wide range of commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, managing contractual risks, and providing legal support to the business as a whole.

Responsibilities:

• Support the business in all areas of commercial aw and transactions
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including supply agreements, distribution agreements, NDAs, and other commercial contracts
• Conduct legal risk assessments and provide guidance on mitigation strategies
• Advise on data protection and privacy issues
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure legal compliance across the business
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial law
• Ability to advise on complex commercial agreements and provide practical solutions to business challenges
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience in handling data protection and privacy matters
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
