A key member of the finance function, and reporting to the Senior Legal Cashier, the Legal Cashier will have day-to-day responsibility as per below.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in legal finance is desirable Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure Strong Excel skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work to deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

Inputting daily conveyancing and remortgage payments/completions Final checks and quality control of completions Manually entering payments on the Tikit system and onto Barclays Monitoring bank statements for Bishops Stortford and Hertford Account Communicating with relevant departments regarding payments in Billing for BS/Hertford files Bank reconciliations for BS/Hertford/TRSL London Dealing with Land Registry invoices for BS/Hertford Entering and paying referral and search fees for Tikit files.
