My client, a highly regarded International law firm, is looking for a Litigation Legal Secretary to work for a newly recruited high flying Litigation Partner and his team within the stunning City office. With your solid Disputes and Arbitration experience, you will support the team in a variety of interesting, and very complex, cross border cases, often involving the governments of different countries. You will act as first port of call for the team, taking all client calls and either taking or giving detailed messages. You will also manage the e-mail inboxes for your team (Partner plus 4 Associates), drafting replies where necessary, and manage all five diaries. There is plenty of travel (national and International) so there will be some intricate, and frequently changing, travel plans to navigate as well as a seemingly constant stream of meetings/breakfasts/lunches/dinners. You will also handle all manner of legal documents and correspondence as well as plenty of ad hoc administration.
