The Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship with Damar Training is a structured, work-based route to qualifying as a Solicitor in England and Wales, designed for individuals who are educated to degree level and interested in pursuing a Law apprenticeship. Here's an overview of how the program works.


Damar Training offers:

Longer-form apprenticeship (35 months): For non-law graduates, paralegals, CILEX Level 3, conveyancing technicians, or licensed paralegals.

This pathway is designed to lead to qualification through the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route.

What You'll Be Doing:




You'll rotate through various key legal areas, including:


Litigation Support

Assist with claims including debt recovery, disrepair, anti-social behaviour, and possession cases Support lease enforcement and legal access for safety compliance

Conveyancing

Gain exposure to property sales, boundary disputes, commercial leases, lease extensions, and more

Data Protection

Assist with Subject Access Requests and data breach processes

Landlord & Tenant Law

Draft bespoke tenancy agreements and respond to legal tenancy queries

Liability Claims

Help investigate and defend personal injury and property damage claims

You'll also play a part in broader team initiatives, compliance tasks, and continuously improving the services we provide to tenants and customers.

What We're Looking For:



Non-law graduates, paralegals, CILEX Level 3, conveyancing technicians, or licensed paralegals Strong written and verbal communication skills A team player with a professional, respectful, and positive approach Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn A basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Commitment to complete the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE)
