We are seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to provide expert legal guidance across a broad range of matters, including Employment law, contract law, and statutory compliance. About the Role:
As a Legal Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering professional legal. You will manage legal caseloads, draft and monitor legal documentation, this role requires a strategic thinker with strong legal drafting skills, knowledge of administrative and contract law, and a commitment to upholding governance and compliance standards.
Your Duties:
Provide timely and effective legal advice.
Manage a varied caseload, ensuring decisions and policies are accurately implemented.
Draft, issue, and advise on a range of legal documents.
Safeguard our portfolio, including defence against adverse claims.
Interpret legislation and provide guidance on legislative duties and powers.
Undertake legal research and maintain a resource index of cases and document templates.
Oversee the management and updating of the Corporate Asset Register and Byelaws Register.
Support legal proceedings and liaise with external solicitors/barristers.
Ensure proper maintenance of legal records and sealed documents,
Participate in policy implementation, IT systems development, and training delivery.
Your Profile:
Essential Criteria:
A degree in Law OR a non-law degree plus a postgraduate legal qualification (e.g. GDL).

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Full valid driving licence and access to transport
Willingness and ability to work outside normal office hours, including evenings and weekends when required.

Pay: 40,000-55,000 DOE
