Duties

Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
Assist in the preparation of reports by analysing data and presenting findings clearly.
Support various departments with administrative functions as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
Proficient in using office software applications, including word processing and spreadsheet tools.
Ability to analyse information critically and provide insights based on findings.
