FLEXIBLE HOURS - OFFICE BASED ROLE - LIVERPOOL CITY CENTRE
Due to business expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time permanent position within our operations department.
We are seeking to employ an experienced office / legal administrator whose leading role would be to contact clients and third party companies to schedule telephone appointments in conjunction with calendar management. In addition, there would also be a variety of different daily tasks which include, but are not limited to, setting up files on our pro - claim case management system, reviewing and responding to incoming correspondence and liaising with qualified translators.
The ideal candidate would be someone who can work within a fast paced environment and has good problem solving skills, as well as:
Excellent time management, organisation, punctuality and priority skills
Excellent IT skills
Excellent telephone manner required
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Attention to detail
Whilst preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided, the ideal candidate will have experience with pro - claim case management system and hold a working history within a first response team or department.
Ideal candidates should demonstrate excellent time management together with high levels of motivation and organisational skills.
Statement Drafting Services is the leading supplier of witness statement drafting, legal translations and interpreting, locus reports, client tracing and solicitor's documentation explanation.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30, but negotiable as described earlier in this advert.

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
