Job Description

Elite Conveyancing is a market-leading, national law firm with offices in Cambridge and Liverpool and due to continued expansion we are looking for a Full time Legal Administrator for our newly launched office in Liverpool.

Main Roles, Responsibilities and Benefits include:



To undertake legal administration functions within the business as required Point of contact to our team of Lawyers Answering incoming calls Attending to clients visiting the office Updating case management system Dealing with Incoming / outgoing post To undertake training as and when required Opportunities to progress into other areas of work within the firm

Applicants must have:



Previous administrative experience (preferably within the legal sector) Excellent communication skills Willingness to work as part of a team Positive approach Ability to smile
