The Role
London South East College are seeking to recruit a Skills Coach/Lecturer for Level 3 HR support and Level 5 HR Consultant Apprenticeship Standard who would be able to deliver and assess this standard. Ideally the post holder will also have a background of Teaching, Learning and Assessment, the knowledge and behaviours of both standards, they should also have the relevant CIPD qualifications. The post holder will be occupationally competent in HR roles with updated CPD. The post holder should have experience of teaching and planning and assessing a caseload of learners remotely, on site and in the workplace, training learners in preparation for their end point assessment.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will hold a full teaching qualification and hold Level 3 specialist qualifications or equivalent, also hold D32/D33, A1, Assessor qualification or be working towards the Assessor qualification. To be successful in this role, you\'ll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and inspire others. You\'ll also have exceptional organisational skills combined with good IT knowledge and sound administration skills.
