The Adam Smith Business School, ranked as the top performing Business/Management School in Scotland in REF 2021, is seeking to appoint a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship (Research & Teaching Track).
The Adam Smith Business School is triple accredited and research-informed. The School has achieved the Athena SWAN Bronze award and actively encourages an inclusive culture, promoting gender equality and welcoming applications from underrepresented groups.
You will make a substantial and positive contribution to the strategic direction of the School/College within Entrepreneurship through: Leading and contributing to research of international standard; applying for research funding; providing high quality teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate level; and providing academic leadership and management within the School/College. Additionally, you will actively engage in relationships with external stakeholders that advance knowledge exchange, public understanding, and outreach.
We welcome applications from candidates with a Scottish Credit and Qualification Framework level 12 (PhD) in Entrepreneurship, or an allayed areas.
We particularly welcome applications from candidates with specialisms in one or more of the following areas: Entrepreneurial finance; digital entrepreneurship; design thinking/design science; entrepreneurial strategy; entrepreneurial ecosystems.
This position is full time (35 hrs per week) and open ended.
