About the role
This part-time 0.6 FTE post is funded for 12 months in the first instance with a start date as soon as possible and a salary \xc2\xa350,085 - \xc2\xa358,895 per annum pro-rata incl. London Allowance, depending on skills and experience).
We are looking for a candidate with expertise in in Medical / Biosocial Anthropology; an original, imaginative and well-conceived post-doctoral research area showing intellectual ambition; evidence of high-quality teaching at undergraduate and master\'s level; and a demonstrable ability to teach \'Biosocial Anthropology, Health and Environment\' and anthropological methods at postgraduate level.
About you
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Medical / Biosocial Anthropology. They will have a specialisation in any area of health or wellbeing but have regional or theoretical interests that complement those of existing staff in the Department of Anthropology. It is essential that that candidate has teaching and supervision experience at master\'s level.
