We are seeking to appoint an academic to contribute to the teaching and learning in History of Art and Museum Studies. You will have a strong commitment to ensuring an outstanding student experience, deliver a range of high-quality teaching materials and provide excellent pastoral and academic support to students. You must have knowledge of all periods of History of Art and Design as well as good knowledge in curatorial theory and practice, and of emerging areas in contemporary art. The post requires an experience of teaching in Higher Education and an ability to contribute to teaching modules at all levels. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team.

You will:

• have a strong commitment to ensuring an outstanding student experience;
• deliver a range of high-quality teaching materials and associated student assessment activities;
• provide excellent pastoral and academic support to students;
• contribute to module/programme development and curriculum review;
• engage in the Faculty\xe2\x80\x99s research themes;
• translate knowledge of advances in the subject area into the course of study;
• contribute to scholarship, research and knowledge exchange activities as required.
