Salary: Lecturer Salary Scale from Pt 5 \xe2\x80\x93 Pt 14,

From \xc2\xa326,685 - \xc2\xa338,064 per annum, subject to a progression criteria

Contract: MC Lecturer, Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week

Teaching Hours: 864 per annum

Annual leave: 45 per annum plus statutory Bank Holidays

Pension: Teachers Pension

About the College

• Middlesbrough College is the largest General Further Education College in the Tees Valley and has been situated in Middlehaven, Middlesbrough, since 2008. It has developed from the initial main site to the vibrant campus that is now in place with our Campus Heart, dedicated Sixth Form, STEM Centre, Higher Education Centre, and further development for our apprentices in progress.

About the role

To plan and deliver a wide range of challenging, relevant learning and work experiences that ensure all learners can develop and apply the skills, knowledge, behaviours, and attitudes required for life and work.

The successful candidate will:

• To be a qualified Teacher or willing to work towards.
• To hold a relevant Degree, or equivalent.
• Current experience and / or knowledge of one or more fields of IT Technical support, Troubleshooting, Cyber Security, and networking technologies \xe2\x80\x93 Desirable.
• GCSEs at Grade C / Level 4 or above in English and Maths, or equivalent.
