Lecturer In Cipd
Job Description
We are looking for a lecturer to teach on our CIPD courses across all levels. The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate current and up-to-date industry experience and have excellent organisational and communication skills.
The ideal candidate must hold a recognised qualification in Human Resources or have a minimum of 3 years industry experience.
We are looking for staff with drive to lead the CIPD provision and a passion to succeed in a demanding but rewarding environment
The successful candidate must:
Have recent industry experience in the HR sector and be up to date with employment legislation and regulations.
Relevant teaching or training experience within the HR Sector (experience of teaching the CIPD curriculum is desirable)
Hold a Level 7 Diploma in HRM or similar
Have a degree level qualification or equivalent
Hold a full teaching qualification or equivalent (desirable)
Have GCSE English and Maths (A*-C)
