West Lothian College are looking to appoint an outstanding lecturer to the computing team who will demonstrate the necessary commitment and enthusiasm to contribute to their section. The successful lecturer will be part of the Computing, Engineering & Built Environment faculty and will be delivering a wide range of courses incorporating all aspects of computer science. You will be committed to the delivery of high-quality teaching and a varied learning experience, focussed on progression and employability.
Applications are invited for the position of Lecturer to contribute to the delivery and assessment of a range of courses from SCQF Level 5 to Level 8. You will develop course materials for online and face to face learning, work flexibly and collaborate effectively with other members of the college.
Applicants should have a SCQF Level 9 qualification in Computing Science, Networking or Software Development or related discipline. A teaching qualification and lecturing experience within the Computing and Engineering Sector is desirable.

Candidates that have been selected for interview will be required to deliver a 10 minute presentation and undertake a competency and values based interview.
