Main Grade Scales 1 \xe2\x80\x93 UP1, \xc2\xa329,162 - \xc2\xa341,915 per annum, pro rata (for qualified lecturers). About you: Ideally you will have a teaching qualification (although training can be provided) along with a level 6 qualification (Degree or equivalent) in the subject area and have relevant experience. Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English are also required (GCSE or equivalent). With the impact the digital world is having on teaching and learning candidates will also need to be IT literate to at least level 2.
