A highly successful regional property consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Lease Advisory Surveyor ideally at Senior Surveyor or Associate level within their Cardiff office.

Role features:

• Well located City Centre offices.
• One of the largest commercial property advisor teams in Wales.
• A wider Wales team of over 40 chartered surveyors led by c.10+ Directors/partners.
• Established client base with national clients across business space, retail and leisure sectors.
• Specialist team of 3 within Lease Consultancy based in the office.
• Excellent integration with other teams across the business.
• Local client-base

So where will you be working and what\'s in it for you?

Office located in the City Centre with easy access to local amenities but with close access to major road and rail routes into the city.

Great opportunity to establish yourself in the local market with an existing client base, with lots of work to service from day one. You will be reporting in to the Head of Lease Consultancy also based in Cardiff.

Working within one of the most established and tight-knit teams in the region (many have worked for the business for 20+ years), therefore you will be fully supported by a great network of people. The team are well respected in the industry, so you have a chance to work with some of the best people in the field.

Regional and national client-base including investors and occupiers who are continuing to invest in property, meaning an excellent opportunity to earn good fees and produce stable consistent fee income.

Excellent cross over with investment, occupations agency, property management and professional departments meaning many good client referrals are produced.

Very good links to the local Cardiff and Welsh market meaning their surveyors have direct and individual contact with clients often face to face at social networking events meaning long-term relationships can be established.

Candidate:

Must be MRICS with proven lease consultancy experience. The hiring manager is a happy to consider candidates from Senior Surveyor to Associate level and welcome applicants returning to Cardiff or relocating to the area. The individual\'s character and drive for success is most important.
