A highly successful international property consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit Lease Consultancy Surveyor ideally at Senior Surveyor or Associate level within their Bristol office.

Working as part of a national Lease Consultancy team with big presence throughout the UK, therefore you will be fully supported by a great network of people and existing client relationships. The region is led by 10+ partners and wider team of c. 40 chartered surveyor and town planners meaning there is lots of social activity happening including summer parties/BBQs sometimes hosted at one of the partner\'s houses!

Candidate:

Must be MRICS with some proven lease consultancy experience, or a very strong desire to work in the sector. The hiring manager is a happy to consider candidates from Surveyor, Senior Surveyor or Associate level. The individuals character and drive for success is most important.
