About the role

Our SENDCo is keen to ensure that the school is appropriately resourced to provide the care and support needed so that all pupils, whatever their background and barriers, may achieve their potential. Our shared ethos is through the Compass For Life approach that was remarked upon in our recent OFSTED report (November 2019): \'Staff work alongside pupils to set challenging and ambitious personal goals. Pupils use their \'compass\' to strive to achieve their best\'. \'Pupils are polite, courteous and kind to one another. They play and learn together well\'. Parents agree, with one parent commenting: \'Behaviour is impeccable.\' (Ofsted November 2019).

We value personal growth as well as academic achievement and are looking for people to join our energetic and dedicated team to help us, through support and specific interventions, support the development of our pupils into happy and confident individuals, who have achieved their best.
