You will be working in a school where every idea is a good idea with a supportive and present leadership team.

The school are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant on a full time, long term basis to provide interventions across Key Stage 2 / KS2 with specific focus on numeracy and literacy. The successful applicant will be expected to deliver on both a 1-1 and small group basis ensuring pupils are prepared for the demands of the transition to comprehensive schools whilst tracking and measuring pupil progress.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Be qualified to minimum of a level 3 standard or equivalent experience
• A track record of delivering interventions across Key Stage 2 /KS2 and recording pupil progress
• Can demonstrate the ability to differentiate sessions and work with pupils of varying ability
