We work hard to source the best in local Teaching assistants and LSA\'s and in return offer award winning training, support and routes into teaching! *** Learning Support Assistants required (2x roles) - Borehamwood, Hertfordshire *** Temporary to permanent post with the opportunity to progression onto Teaching training (depending on qualifications) *** Superb, well run SENCO department - working with a variety of pupils who need 1:1 support. Experience is an advantage however a professional attitude and classroom prescience will also be considered. *** All experience levels welcome - full training and support available The Academy - Learning Support Assistant Located just outside of the town (15 minute walk from the station) this is an ultra modern, purpose built academy from 2027 with state of the art facilities. Pupils come from a nonsensitive, co-ed background and respond well to staff and devlop good relationships with staff. With 1/5 pupils in mainstream education currently requiring additional support this is the chance to work in a very rewarding post and benefit from the support of a superb team. This is a well run school with a \'Good\' Ofsted with an eye on continuous improvement. This is a rewarding role at a supportive and positive school with a solid history of results over the past 2 years! The requirements - Learning Support Assistant

• Youth work, Tuition or SEN experience is an advantage in any primary, secondary or mainstream settings.
• Experience or exposure or working with pupils with Global Delay, Autism, ADHD and / or PECS
• The desire to support pupils from a range of backgrounds or with a range of requirements in highly rewarding roles
