Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Mentor to support children in both their educational and personal growth. The ideal candidate should have experience working with young learners and a strong background in behaviour management, special education, and child development. Expertise in areas such as toddler care and speech therapy is highly valued. This role is instrumental in creating a supportive environment where children feel encouraged to learn and grow socially and academically.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individualized mentoring, tailoring support to each child's learning style and needs.

- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to foster emotional well-being and positive social interactions.

- Assist with academic tutoring, including Maths, ensuring key concepts are understood and applied.

- Design and deliver engaging educational activities suited to children's developmental stages.

- Work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and professionals to establish personalized support plans.

- Apply behavioural analysis techniques to promote independence and skill development.

- Track progress and provide feedback to parents and educators to support ongoing development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques

? Experience in early childhood care, particularly toddler care

? Background in special education or related fields is highly beneficial

? Knowledge of speech therapy practices is an advantage

? Familiarity with applied behaviour analysis principles

? Excellent mentoring skills with a passion for educating and inspiring children

? Strong tutoring abilities, particularly in Maths

? Patient, empathetic, and outstanding communication skills for building rapport with children

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 102.86-105.00 per day
