Community Learning Disability social worker \xe2\x80\x93 Hybrid working -up to \xc2\xa338/hr
Nonstop Care are currently working with a well established local authority in South East Berkshire who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Community Team for People with a Learning Disability (CTPLD).
This exciting opportunity offers excellent flexibility in terms of hybrid working , meaning you have the flexibility to plan your workload from the comfort of your own home leading to less stress and a better work life/ balance.
This opportunity also uniquely offers rates up to\xc2\xa338/hr, which means you will be among the highest paid adult social workers in the area, giving you more disposable income.

- Conduct assessments of need, produce care plans, and review them in line with statutory requirements.
- Offer advice and guidance to individuals, families, carers, and other service providers.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies to identify individual and systemic barriers to independence and well
- An accredited qualified social work degree.
- Understanding and applying knowledge of legal, social, economic, and ecological context of social work practice.
- Current professional registration with Social Work England.
- Post qualified experience within Adult services, ideally with a Learning Disability team.
