Supporting a recently appointed Head of Learning, you will collaborate with stakeholders and HR across the business, to drive impactful, modern and engaging learning solutions.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Creating proactive learning solutions for effective inductions, people management, development and, improved employee engagement.
• Supporting the Learning & Development team in executing the corporate and people plans within agreed timelines.
• Driving best practice and continuous improvement through strategic planning and coordination of key activities.
• Help to manage the L&D budget, advising on training spend and suggesting improvements.
• Supporting succession planning and talent management initiatives.
• Managing the e-learning platform and ensuring content relevance.
• Developing, interpreting and applying learning policies and procedures.
• Overseeing the Apprenticeship levy plan and supporting colleagues in achieving qualifications.
• Delivering training, generating reports and tracking training activity.
• Championing learning initiatives for improved performance and service delivery.
• Implementing evaluation processes to measure learning impact.
• Promoting a performance culture aligned with company values.
• Contributing to PDR development reviews and discussions.
• Undertaking additional learning and development projects as required.

We require applicants who demonstrate strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to align learning initiatives to corporate goals. You will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving change, effective communication and presentation skills and, a familiarity with learning management systems and budget management.
