As a Learning and Development Partner you will work on a \'field\' basis (we are flexible on where you reside as the role will be working from home with a field based requirement for delivering training on sites at our Pubs). Your role will be working as a Divisional Learning and Development Team, the Learning and Development Partner supports the delivery of all learning needs for the Division, leveraging central support by building quality relationships across the business.
The Learning and Development Partner is responsible for delivering on site trainings and embedding excellent learning solutions, acting as an ambassador for Greene King and the Division through delivering engaging and impactful L&D solutions for all in-pub teams.
The Learning and Development Partner inputs and supports embedding the learning and development elements of the Divisional HR agenda, working to deliver the people strategy and championing people innovation.
A great and highly varied role that suits an experienced Learning and Development professional that that is comfortable being field based, spending time delivering training at various sites across a geographical coverage and can manage their own availability to attend training events.
