Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting a creative communications agency on the recruitment of an Learning and Development Manager on a permanent basis.
This a great opportunity to join the people team and support the Head of L&D on the development of the Learning function.
Reporting directly to the Head of L&D, you will be responsible for digging deep into the business, collating data and finding out what is working and what needs attention. Working closely with the multiple individual agencies to find out their training needs.
This is a role that will develop over time however initially, there is a big focus on administration, data collation, reporting and training needs analysis.
This is a role that will suit a current L&D Advisor looking to take a step up and progress in their career.
