About the role:



The Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for overseeing our Performance & Development systems, providing essential P&D support to all iQers, generating regular and ad hoc reports, responding to queries and ensuring that all P&D activity across iQ runs smoothly. The individual will also be a key team member of the wider People Team with excellent exposure to the wider People and P&D agenda.

Key Role Responsibilities:


Act as the first point of contact for the Performance and Development team, offering guidance and support to iQers, managing the P&D inbox, escalating to the right person where appropriate and responding to queries in a timely manner and in line with SLA's Administer and maintain our internal LMS: manage user accounts, access permissions, and enrolment and leaver processes Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements regarding the LMS and prioritise accordingly Monitor learner progress, track completion rates, and generate reports to evaluate course and lesson effectiveness Coordinate and deliver system update upskilling sessions for users, including learners and managers to enhance their P&D systems proficiency Champion the LMS and the various L&D courses to make sure the learning experience is best in class Issue and maintain training schedules, room bookings, delegate invites including pre- and post- course activity and co-ordinate attendance to maximise attendance on all workshops Administer the mid-year and end-year Performance Review process, including comms and reporting on completion rates Updating our intranet pages regularly with training information and links to register for courses/ relevant news and bite-sized/ self-paced learning suggestions. Liaising with relevant stakeholders across the business to see whether content related to P&D needs to be updated Support the enrolment of iQers onto professional studies or soft skills courses. Organise professional qualifications including apprenticeship Collecting feedback from trainers and participants through surveys to support P&D Manager with evaluating and evidencing ROI of learning interventions.

Skills and Experience:


Part CIPD qualified or willing to work towards a CIPD qualification in HR (L&D) Ability to communicate technical information in ways understandable to non-technical end-users Previous experience working with Learning Management Systems, ideally Docebo Previous HRIS experience, ideally iTrent Proactive approach to solving workplace problems Exceptional attention to detail, highly organised and ability to work to tight deadlines Delivery focused, with a flexible working style, able to work at pace, within a complex organisation that is ever changing

Essential:
Proactive and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective and positive working relationships Proficient user of MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and highly proficient in Excel - experience with advanced formulas and functions (vlookups, pivot tables) Ability to work under pressure across multiple projects, maintaining high levels of accuracy and focus Good communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written
