The Role
A true support role, you will support the L&D team in three main areas: The Academy
Day-to-day management of The Academy, including course scheduling, coordinating facilitators, managing stock and maintaining the venue
Supporting Line Managers to ensure that all new employees receive structured onboarding via The Academy within the required timeframes
Delivery of brand workshops including Company & Brand Induction
Working with internal stakeholders to create example \'career stories\' that bring career pathways to life
Creation of internal resources including guides, \'how to\' videos and documents related to key topics, processes and systems
Flow (Learning Management System)
Maintaining the LMS, ensuring information is up to date, easy to access and fit for purpose
Monitor Flow compliance scores and work with internal stakeholders to ensure that all mandatory eLearning is completed
Maintain online training calendar in line with the annual training plan
Ensure training attendance is recorded including uploading of external certificates
Support with creating online content and curating learning collections
Liaise with Function Heads to coordinate external training (e.g. Health and Safety) and ensure that courses are available to book via the online calendar
Administration
Provide efficient, effective and customer focussed service which supports all aspects of training, learning and development
Manage the Academy inbox, answering questions and resolving queries quickly
Provide accurate and timely reports as and when required.
