Learning Associate Grade 5: 25,584-25,992 (pro-rata plus Crawley Weighting)

8.15am-3.00pm - Monday to Friday Term-Time only
We are seeking to appoint a Learning Associate to support students both in class and in small groups within the school. Applications are invited from people who have:
An understanding of a range of SEND needs;
The ability to encourage students to become independent learners;
The ability to draw out the best student outcomes;
C grade or higher in GCSE English, Mathematics and Science (or equivalent).
Applicants do not need to have had experience as a Learning Associate: more important is the genuine commitment to the students' academic, emotional, social and personal development.
