It is in this context that the school is seeking to appoint a Learning and Support Assistant to join the inclusion team. Applications are welcome from current teaching assistants and recent graduates who are looking to start their careers within education. Highbury Fields School has a proven track record of developing skilled and recently qualified graduates, who are willing to undertake the necessary training for this role.

This role will have a significant impact on supporting all students to fulfil their potential by being able to access the full range of activities and education that the school provides.
