Our client, a leading Lloyd\'s Syndicate has a newly created role within Learning & Development in their well-established HR team. This role is integral to building out a robust and value add L&D service to their employees.
The firm in question are extremely well-respected within the Lloyd\'s Market and have been through a significant period of growth and therefore the requirement for developing their Talent Development function is even more apparent. This role has an integral part to play in the wellbeing of their employees with the coordination of the Mental Health First Aid training as well as the wellbeing initiatives.
Experience in Financial/Professional Services is essential.
