Job Description

Our client, a leading Lloyd\'s Syndicate has a newly created role within Learning & Development in their well-established HR team. This role is integral to building out a robust and value add L&D service to their employees.

The firm in question are extremely well-respected within the Lloyd\'s Market and have been through a significant period of growth and therefore the requirement for developing their Talent Development function is even more apparent. This role has an integral part to play in the wellbeing of their employees with the coordination of the Mental Health First Aid training as well as the wellbeing initiatives.

Experience in Financial/Professional Services is essential.

Reporting into the Senior HR Manager you will be tasked with:

• Dealing with all training and development needs, sourcing and arranging courses,
• Assisting with general training queries
• Managing the compliance requirements within the LMS system
• Maintaining the training records, ensuring all requirements for SMCR are registered accordingly
• Working with the HR Manager in mapping out career path journeys
• Assisting line managers with the relevant support for training needs
• Coordinating the firms\' Early Careers programme including the Bermuda office Grad scheme

This is a really exciting, newly created role within a firm who takes its development and wellbeing of its staff extremely important.

A proven track record in an L&D/ Talent Development role ideally in Financial Services or Professional Services is essential.
