Main purpose of the role
Your core responsibility as a Learner Administrator is to maintain exceptional standards in all aspects of learner administration. You will ensure accuracy and compliance through meticulous quality checks, audits, and data management. Working with integrity and enthusiasm, you will support learners and colleagues, contributing to a seamless and positive learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct rigorous quality checks on learner enrolments and initiate audits as needed.
Enrol and manage learners accurately on various learning platforms (e.g., E-assessor, Moodle, Equal).
Administer learner registrations and maintain data integrity on internal systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, PICS, ILR).
Facilitate learner registrations for examinations with relevant awarding bodies (e.g., NCFE, TQUK, Open Awards).
Thoroughly review own and colleagues' work to identify and rectify errors promptly.
Generate audit reports and take corrective action on identified mistakes.
Update learner attendance records daily using internal processes to ensure timely and accurate data.
Verify invoices received from awarding bodies.
Collaborate closely with management and colleagues on administrative matters, ensuring effective communication.
Address inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or online channels.
Ensure data accuracy by cleansing information before system uploads.
Skills and qualifications
Essential
Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths.
Previous administration experience.
Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to work accurately under pressure.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Desirable
ICT Level 2 qualification.
Experience working in the education sector.
