Job Description
We are looking for experienced Bar & Waiting Staff to join the team at El Murrino's flagship restaurant in Bournemouth town center.
You must be able to cope with the demands of a busy restaurant and have a passion for fantastic customer service with
at least three years of Restaurant or Bar experience
.You will be perceptive at identifying customer needs and be able to respond accordingly, tailoring the service to the individual customer so that from the moment they arrive they have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities of the Waiter role
To be confident that the service is at all times performed in a professional manner and to the style as specified by the Restaurant Manager. To be fully conversant with every dish served in the Restaurant and to provide a confident explanation if requested. To ensure that all guests' wishes are met so far as is reasonably possible. Showing passion and pride for the brand. To report all comments/complaints/problems to Management, showing integrity and discretion. To liaise with Management to ensure and be confident that the preparations and mise en place are correct and to the standard set by the Company.
